I am not a reviewer but I may list all that i use. 

1. Falcon Tools are good. I use Falcon Gardening 5 Pcs. Set From amazon.in

These are handy and lasting. (Almost 6+ months usage) even the micro coated black paint still exists. Handles are plastic but rigid and with good grip. 
2. Pickaxe. @Wikipedia
3. Hoe. @Wikipedia
4. Broom. (Hard one made with coconut leaf)
